Neighborhood Traffic Management
Street and Traffic committee chair, John Kline, reported that additional traffic management proposals have been submitted for Elizabeth Blvd. and will be presented to the City's TPW staff in March.

Ryan Place Historic Overlay
RPIA Historic Overlay committee chair, Kevin Prigel, made a presentation describing the need of a historic overlay for Ryan Place. A draft of the proposed overlay is being reviewed by the City's HCLC staff for their advice and recommendations, this process is only a review and not an approval.
